Sleeves on your head

hola. how is everything in k-town? (or the west side for gina). all is going well here. weve been fairly busy this last week teaching a bunch of less actives from whats called the perry plan, created by L. tom perry. i dont know if you guys know what that is, im not sure what stakes across the states have started, but there are a few in utah. anyway, were teaching a lot of less actives because of it, but ones who are at least mildly interested in being taught, not the whole hit and miss of getting everyone off the ward list. elder gardner spoke yesterday at a girls farewell then felt bad because no one told him good speech and he said he didnt like me anymore because they all told me that. he still likes me, however. i think it was just because everyone was too busy trying to say adios to the future missionary, but he doesnt believe me. were having a good time, getting a lot of work done. i dont know for sure if im getting transfered, but i think its probable, considering the amount of time ive been here. i got to go to the spanish branch again yesterday, we finally got the other elders to go on splits with us. i miss being in a spanish ward every sunday, i havent had that since harbor city. most of the people recognize me there, but only a few remember my name, thats how little we get to go. i got the packages on friday, thanks again. (gina, superchicks handwriting looks much like yours, what are the odds?) when i opened the box and saw the sleeves i got so excited and slammed one over my head, it was a flash back to the past. that, coupled with my soccer cleats made me so trunky that night. i was just dreaming about playing soccer from 9.30 when i got them till i fell asleep. i have my soccer socks, some white sleeves, red ones now as well, and my cleats. it was great. my cleats are so beat up, and they still smelled slightly :) wouldnt trade them for the world. the cookies were completely unsmashed and the frosting didnt smear because they were sandwiched together, which made for easy eating. tell grandma thanks for the card and the dough as well. greatly appreciated. this morning, elder gardner and i had a killer run, we jogged, did some sprints, jogged more, did more sprints, it was tiring. im not in as poor shape as i thought, however. all is well.
