B falls off his bike, ruining his clothes and his dignity

well, this week... on tuesday, we were trying to make it home in time so we were riding pretty hard, and as i was standing up pedaling going mach2, my chain slipped off the gears and the pedal dropped out from under me, dropping me off my bike and into the pavement. tore some holes in my shirt, in my elbows, all down my legs and arms, all sorts of good stuff. we estimated my slide distance and 20+ feet. when i finally stopped i got up, didnt say anything, elder gardner was trying his best to not laugh, i picked up my bike and we rode off like nothing happened. i was wearing my good shirt and shoes as well because we had had interviews that morning. bad deal. now my shoes are all scratched and shredded, as well as one of my new shirts. my first wreck yet. then 3 days later i ate it again, but instead of shredding my left side again i landed on my right side this time. ill send pictures, but its really nothing too grotesque. the reason i said that ginas handwriting looks like superchicks is because on that bag of valentine cookies you sent, mom wrote "from someone who loves you" and gina underneath put (superchick). thats why i mention it. i went with michelle to the temple for her first time on saturday, which was great. elder gardner would have gone too, but he didnt bring his recommend... it was great to be able to go with her, ive been here in downey for a long time and i could see all the progression she has made so it was a great step for her to complete. thats about everything exciting that happened this week... more later.
